Bond Sports, Inc., (“Bond Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy to describe
how we collect, use, and share information about individuals who visit our website at
www.bondsports.co (the “Site”) as well as information we collect through our services and other
interactions with you.
With respect to our services, we operate an online platform (the “Bond Sports Platform”) that
enables sporting and recreational facilities (each a “Facility”) to better manage and operate their
businesses. This includes, for example, management of their facility and associated services,
managing rentals of their spaces to organizers of sports or recreational activities (each an
“Organizer”), and enabling consumers to register for or otherwise participate in sports and
recreational programming or membership programming (each a “Participant”). In this Privacy
Policy, we refer to our services collectively as the “Bond Sports Services.” This Privacy Policy
applies to information that Bond Sports collects directly as well as any information that Bond
Sports receives through your interactions with Facilities and Organizers, including online,
telephone, and offline (in person). By using the Bond Sports Services, you understand and
agree that Bond Sports will process personal information in accordance with this Privacy
Policy. If you do not feel comfortable with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the
Bond Sports Services or engage with Bond Sports.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or the Bond Sports Services practices, we invite
you to send us inquiries or feedback as described in the “Contact Us” section below.
2. Updates to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy went into effect on the “Effective Date” date noted near the top of this page.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If required by law, we will notify you of
any modifications to this Privacy Policy prior to such a change. We encourage you to look for

updates and changes to this Privacy Policy by checking the “Last Updated” date on this Privacy
Policy when you access the Bond Sports Services.

Bond Sports collects personal information when you visit our Site, interact with the Bond Sports
Services, otherwise engage with us (such as by opening an email that we send), or interact with
any Facility or Organizer that uses the Bond Sport Services online or at their facility. The
definition of personal information depends on the applicable law, and only the definition that
applies to your jurisdiction will apply to you under this Privacy Policy.
The types of personal information that we may collect about you include, but are not limited to:
(a) information you provide to us or to a Facility or other third party partner, (b) information
collected automatically about your use of the Bond Sports Services and the Site, and (c)
information from third parties. We may link the information that we collect from all of these
sources, and across all Facilities that you use.
a. Information You Voluntarily Provide. The personal information that we collect from or
about you may include, for example:
Account and Program Registration: information relating to the creation of an account
or registering or otherwise applying to any program, such as first and last name, email
address, postal address, date of birth, telephone number, username, payment amounts,
and/or a unique individual password;
Form or Submissions: any information about yourself or others that you provide by
completing forms that we or a Facility or Organizer make available on the Bond Sports
Services or may otherwise require as part of any rental or registration process, such as
but not limited to name, date of birth, email address, phone number, team name,
medical information, and emergency contact information;
Mailing List Sign-Ups: information relating to your subscription to any newsletter,
reminders or other content sign-up page offered on our Site or the Bond Sports
Services, including your email address;
Technical Support and Customer Service: information you provide when you report a
problem with the Bond Sports Services or otherwise interact with us or a third party
facility; and
Third-Party Information: information, such as name and email address, of other
individuals, including your children, that you provide by engaging with the Bond Sports
Services or a Facility or Organizer.
b. Information We Collect Automatically. As you navigate through the Site or Bond
Sports Services or otherwise interact with the Bond Sports Platform, we may
automatically collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and
patterns through cookies and similar technologies. The information we collect includes,
but is not limited to:
Information About Your Use of the Site and Services: when you browse the Site or
the Bond Sports Services, our systems automatically collect information including but not
limited to your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser

language, domain names, referring and exit pages and URLs, platform type, pages
viewed and the order of these page views, the amount of time spent on particular pages,
and the date and time of your request;
Device Information: if you access the Site or the Bond Sports Services through a
mobile device (e.g., a smart phone or tablet), consistent with your device permissions,
we may collect the location of your mobile device, your mobile device’s brand, model,
operating system, resolution, screen size, system version, mobile network information,
and your mobile device’s advertising ID; and
Activity Information: information regarding the programs you might engage in as a
Participant or Organizer, such as the classes you take, purchases at a Facility, or other
activities, all of which we may associate with personal information.
c. Information We Collect from Third Parties. We may also combine the information we
collect with information we obtain from third parties, including information from Facilities,
Organizers, Participants, data companies, and social media platforms. When you
interact with Bond Sports Services or accounts on a social media platform, we may
collect information that you or the platform make available to us on that page or account,
including your social media account ID and/or user name associated with that social
media service, your profile picture, email address, friends list or information about the
people and groups you are connected to and how you interact with them, and any
information you have made public in connection with that social media service. The
information we obtain depends on your privacy settings on the applicable social media
service.
4. How We Use Information
Bond Sports uses the information we collect for business and commercial purposes, including,
but not limited to: (i) to enable Facilities, Organizers and Participants to use the features of the
Bond Sports Platform and Bond Sports Services; (ii) to enable third parties to offer Facilities,
Organizers and Participants additional services through the Bond Sports Platform; (iii) to
perform customer service functions; (iv) for security and fraud prevention; (v) for marketing and
promotional purposes; and (vi) to perform analytics.
More specifically, while we may use the information we collect for any lawful purpose, we
typically use the information in the following ways:
a. To Provide Our Services: providing any services or products that any Facility,
Organizer, or Participant requests or purchases in connection with the Bond Sports
Platform, such as to process a registration or application, process a commercial transaction,
or to fulfill or facilitate any other services provided or made available through the Bond
Sports Platform;
b. To Provide Service-Related Communications: contacting you regarding the features
or functions of the Site or Bond Sports Services, including about features you have
registered to use or any activity, product or service you have booked or otherwise registered
for, as well as notifying you about changes to the Bond Sports Services, our policies, terms,
or any products or services we offer or provide;

c. To Provide Customer Support or to Respond to You: responding to your questions
or other requests;
d. To Send You Marketing and Promotional Emails: contacting you with newsletters,
marketing, promotional materials, or other information that may be of interest to you, unless
you have opted out as described below;
e. For Internal Use and Services Improvement: accumulating and reporting information
in connection with the Site and Bond Sports Services, including determining which features
and services users like best to help us operate, enhance, and improve the Site and the
Bond Sports Services;
f. For Security Purposes: attempting to keep you secure and safe while interacting with
us or using the Bond Sports Services, which requires us to process information to combat
spam, malware, malicious activities, fraud, or security risks, as part of our ongoing
maintenance and enforcement of our security measures;
g. To Maintain Compliance: processing information to enforce our agreements and
policies or to comply with law, such as to pay our taxes, fulfill our business obligations, or as
necessary to manage risk under applicable law; and
h. With Your Consent: for any other purpose disclosed to you prior to you providing us
your personal information or which is reasonably necessary to provide the services or other
related services requested, with your permission or upon your direction.
5. How We Share Information
We share information as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and as
permitted by applicable law. We may share information in the following circumstances:
a. Among Facilities, Organizers, and Participants. The Bond Sports Platform provides
services to support Participants in sports and recreational programs operated by
Organizers at Facilities or by Facilities themselves, including registration for activities
and rental of Facilities. We may share information with Organizers, Facilities, other
Participants as necessary to enable and manage programs and events using the Bond
Sports Services and to enable Facilities to provide any products or services to you ;
b. Within Our Corporate Organization. We may share information between and among
Bond Sports subsidiaries and affiliated companies we may have now or may have in the
future;
c. With Service Providers. We may share information with service providers that provide
us, Facilities, or Organizers with support services, such as website hosting, email and
postal delivery, payment processing, services such as coaching or refereeing,
advertising and marketing, and analytics;
d. Corporate Transactions. We may disclose personal information to a buyer or other
successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution
or sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of
bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us is
among the assets transferred;

e. As Required by Law. We may disclose information if we believe that the disclosure is
required by law, if we believe that the disclosure is necessary to enforce our agreements

We and business partners we allow to use the Bond Sports Services may use a variety of
technologies to collect information about your browser or device and use of the Bond Sports

service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain

Bond Sports takes reasonable steps to protect the information we collect using administrative,

However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and due to the inherent nature of

account, program registration information, or other information you require to use the Bond
Sports Services.

Additionally, the Site and the Bond Sports Services may include integrated social media tools or
